Porcelain Inlays/Onlays - Health, then
esthetics
No longer do you need to have "silver" fillings creating dark
holes in your smile.
Dr. LeBlanc can place natural colored inlays and onlays, which are strong,
decay-resistant, and less traumatic than conventional metal fillings.
Dr. LeBlanc can create healthier, whiter smiles with this very strong,
ceramic material. Conventional "silver" amalgam material can
hide decay and weaken the natural tooth. Metal fillings are inserted (plugged
in) after the dentist drills away part of the healthy tooth. Ceramic-type
inlays and onlays bond to the tooth or "fuse" with minimal removal
of healthy tooth. Over time, a crown may be needed if the natural tooth
breaks or is weakened because too much decay and/or tooth structure has
been removed. Bonded inlays and onlays can save more of your natural tooth
for many years to come.
Let us show you some of the differences with our intra-oral camera. Today's
dentistry means a beautiful smile and superb health.

All-Porcelain Bridges - No metal, more
natural
Before all-porcelain bridges were available, all that was possible was
a dull or metal tinted smile. With the strong, natural-light translucent
materials that Dr. LeBlanc now uses, you can have a healthy, long-lasting,
confident smile. Porcelain-fused-to-gold and other metal-based bridges
did not have the reflective and translucent impact that these new, all-porcelain
bridges have. We can explain how the new porcelain/ceramic dental materials
have changed dentistry and can transform your smile.
All-Porcelain Crowns - A natural-looking
smile
Porcelain crowns, also called ceramic crowns, are very attractive for
two reasons. First, they provide a natural look for those who do not want
everyone to know they’ve had dental work. Second, they are so close
in strength and durability to natural teeth that we expect very few people
to chose metal in the future.
They mimic natural teeth because of their maximum light translucency
and color. And, there is no discoloration of your gum tissue or teeth
while still producing a strong, healthy smile.

Bonding - Wonderful results, one visit
Cosmetic bonding is one of the simplest procedures for our patients. Usually,
little or no tooth structure removal is required, and in one visit, you
can have a wonderful new smile. However, understand that the artistry
involved in crafting a great new smile with this material is extensive.
Dr. LeBlanc’s smile artistry speaks for itself.
The bonding material fuses to your teeth, producing a strong and durable
bond, almost like your natural enamel. Spaces in your smile can be eliminated
and your teeth lengthened, using this bonding material to contour a new
smile. It comes in many shades including a shade for those who want a
bright white smile.
Bonding is also a broader term used in modern dentistry. Veneers, porcelain
crowns, porcelain inlays/onlays are all bonded to the teeth. Bonding allows
the new restorative material to fuse with the teeth; essentially making
the new material and the natural tooth one strong, almost natural structure.
Metal materials cannot forge this type of bond with the natural tooth.
The porcelain and bonding combination also allows for better x-ray detection
of decay.

Porcelain Veneers - A smile enhancement
breakthrough
Porcelain veneers, preferred by many of our patients because of their
ability to close spaces, increase length, create maximum whiteness, and
straighten teeth, are also very durable. Deep, tetracycline stains are
also removed from a smile with this procedure. Veneers can sometimes help
bypass orthodontic treatment. In as short as two visits, you can have
a smile that reflects your inner confidence.

Dental Implants - No more loose dentures
or partials…
Implants are very encouraging to those who have lost teeth. Dental implants
are focused on opening up more possibilities. They do not limit you in
the area of diet or functionality. Dental implants can dramatically change
how you feel about your smile today, and for the rest of your life, whether
you are missing one, a few, or all of your teeth.
Dentures many times weaken your jaw and cause it to recede. Dental implants
keep your jaw strong and youthful looking. It is as if you have your natural
smile back– the look, feel and function.
Many patients who are missing some or all of their teeth are better served
with implants rather than other forms of dentistry, like full dentures,
partials, or fixed bridges. It’s your life, why not enjoy it?

Gum Tissue Contouring – Show the
most smile possible
Your gum tissue can make your teeth look short. Gum tissue can cover more
of your teeth than is necessary to protect it. This causes a “gummy”
smile. Contouring the gums can solve this problem. Contouring can also
correct an “uneven” gum line. It is performed during other
more complex smile cases where dental implants and bridges are used, or
when damage has occurred to the mouth because of an accident. Esthetic
and restorative dentistry have benefits that many people have gone without
for far too long. Today, we can help you find a solution that fits your
lifestyle.

"Instant-Orthodontics" –
A straighter and whiter smile in two visits
This procedure usually incorporates porcelain veneers, a very strong and
natural looking ceramic material placed over the teeth. A minimal amount
of tooth structure is removed and then, the veneers are bonded to your
teeth. Not every smile can be straightened without orthodontic treatment.
Dr. LeBlanc encourages you to schedule a comprehensive smile analysis
to see if your smile can benefit from this and other procedures.

Periodontal Therapy
Gum tissue health is very important to supporting and retaining your teeth,
from a life-long perspective. Periodontal disease is the leading cause
of tooth loss in adults. Some people have this gum disease and do not
realize it until tooth loss occurs.
Do your teeth bleed when you floss or brush? This can be a sign of early
stage periodontal disease. Regular dental appointments to check for the
disease and consistent home care are essential to keeping this disease
in check.
NTI-tss appliance therapy-For treatment of
Migraine headaches
This rather simple appliance may be the answer to your headaches
or TMJ problems. This removable appliance helps tense muscles to relax
by interrupting the trigger mechanism that can cause the headache or painful
muscle spasms. For more information about this treatment please visit

Snoring Device - So that You and Your Sleeping Partner Can Finally Get Some Rest
Dr. LeBlanc has worked with many patients who have had trouble sleeping because of their or their partner's snoring. It can be so loud that sometimes one of the partners is forced to sleep in another room just to get some rest. To alleviate this unromantic, not to mention unhealthy, condition, Dr. LeBlanc has created a new type of snoring device that is easy to wear and that makes a big difference on the first night it is worn. If you or your partner has a noticeable snoring problem, one that has not gone away for years, please ask Dr. LeBlanc about his snoring device. It might be just the ticket you need to have some uninterrupted, quiet sleep.
